This registration form is for goalies in the U11 - U18 division that are registered with EMHA for the 2025-2026 season.
Please note that each goalie is required to pay a fee of $100 to participate. The rest of the cost is being covered by EMHA development funds. Please pay via e-transfer to our Treasurer at
