Practice Schedule Survey Results
Hello EMHA Families,

Just over two weeks ago, we sent out a survey regarding the current method of scheduling practices and the possibility of a 4 week rotation trial that would have the practice schedule posted for the remainder of the season, with teams rotating through different practice times and locations for fair distribution.

Please see the results below.

We had a total of 151 submissions.

91 submissions stated they were happy with the current method of scheduling practices and do not want to trial a 4 week rotation.

46 submissions stated they are not happy with the current method of scheduling practices and would like to trial a 4 week rotation.

6 submissions responded no to both questions.

8 submissions responded yes to both questions.

With these results, we will NOT be switching to a 4 week set rotation schedule.  We will be reaching out to individual teams to see if any of them would be interested in rotating through 7am practices. As of now the method of scheduling practices will remain as is, however, we will continue to discuss different solutions with limited ice availability and advocate for an ice allocation policy.
