2023-2024 EMHA Team Staff Evaluations - Form Open until May 1st at 11:59pm

EMHA members are invited to submit a team staff evaluation, including evaluations for Head Coach, Assistant Coaches, Trainers, and Managers. The executive will not respond to allegations made on the evaluation form.
