U16/U18 Team Update
The EMHA executive would like to update all 2008 players on a potential U16B team for the upcoming 2023/24 season.

EMHA recognizes the value a U16B team will have for our 2008 group's development and we are still working towards this goal.  There will be a meeting with the EOMHL next week.  Currently there are possibly 3 centres within the EOMHL interested in entering a U16 team.  There are a few things that need to be in place before we can proceed...
 
  • A U18B team needs to be established first with 2006/07 players
  • A U16 league needs to be established (we need somewhere to play)
We will know more in the coming weeks after the meeting.
 
EMHA would like to encourage all U18 (including 2008 born) eligible players who are wanting to play this season to please register so we can get a good idea of player numbers.  This will greatly help us to move forward.
 
We would also like to ask any 2008 born players who would be interested in trying out for the U16B team, to express your interest to our registrar Lindsey Ritchie at [email protected]
