Ennismore Arena Contact Tracing
Submitted By EMHA on Wednesday, October 27, 2021
Attention: EMHA Participants and Spectators

Effective October 27, 2021 there have been some changes to our entry protocols.

The good news is there will be no capacity limit for spectators.  Secondly, participants and spectators can enter the arena 30 minutes prior to an ice time.  Finally, players will be allowed in the dressing rooms prior to practices and games.

Your Coaches, Managers and COVID Reps will be emailing you with more details.

Until then, please review and adhere to the following:

BEFORE every practice and game you MUST complete the online tracing form. Once it is completed you will receive an email and you MUST show that email to the COVID screener at the arena in order to be let in. This form can only be completed the day of the event.

Some Things to Remember

  1. Players and spectators can start entering the facility 30 minutes before the ice time.
  2. Participants and spectators can only enter when there is a Covid Screener present.
  3. The doors will be locked at the start of the ice time. There is no re-entry if you leave.
  4. Players can use the dressing room to get ready.
  5. Everyone must wear masks, except on the ice.
  6. After the practice, players are encouraged to get out of the dressing rooms quickly.  Spectators should leave immediately.
