Visiting Team Protocols - effective November 11, 2021

Welcome back to Ennismore!!!  We are excited to be hosting you and your team.  Just a few housekeeping items for your players and spectators as we navigate hockey during Covid.

  • All participants 12+, including bench staff and players are to be double vaccinated plus 14 days.  This includes players born in 2010 who will be turning 12 in 2022.

  • All spectators 12+ are to be double vaccinated plus 14 days.

  • There are no spectator limits at Ennismore Arena.

  • Outside food and beverages are permitted.  The canteen is currently not open.

  • Players and spectators are allowed to enter the arena 45 minutes prior to game time.  The doors will be locked at game time.  No re-entry after leaving.

  • Dressing rooms will be open to players.  Showers are available.

  • After the game, we ask all teams to exit the building as quickly as possible.  Where possible, spectators should leave immediately.

  • The exit doors are separate from the entrance.

Visiting teams are required to have their own COVID Screener at the entrance to Ennismore Arena 45 minutes prior to the game.  There will be a table set up for the Ennismore Covid Screener & Visiting Team Covid Screener.

On game day, the visiting team participants and spectators MUST complete the online EMHA Contact Tracing Form before entering the arena.  It can be found on the Ennismore Minor Hockey website or by using this QR Code.

All visiting participants and spectators must check-in with their own Covid Screener at the entrance to the arena within 45 minutes of the game.  The following items must be verified by the screener: Proof of Vaccination, ID and completion of the EMHA Contact Tracing form.

The doors to the arena will be locked at game time.  There is no entry or re-entry to the arena once the game has started.

The Visiting Team COVID Screener will sign the Selwyn Attestation Form once everyone from their group has entered the arena.
