Proof of Vaccination
Submitted By EMHA on Tuesday, September 21, 2021
As of Wednesday September 22, 2021, EMHA is required to verify proof of vaccination, including the 14 days following the second dose (or proof of being entitled to another exemption) for:

  • patrons 18 years of age and older, arriving at the facility to actively participate in the indoor organized sport;
  • patrons 12 years of age and older, attending the facility as a spectator; and,
  • volunteers, coaches and officials participating or associated with the indoor organized sport.

When you come to the arena, please be prepared to show:

     1. Your successful completion of the Covid Screening Tool
     2. Proof of Vaccination & Identification - digital or print

Additionally, OMHA confirmed yesterday that their COVID Vaccination Policy will remain the same as previously posted (OMHA Covid Vaccination Policy).  All players born 2009 and earlier are required to be fully vaccinated (including the 14-day period after receiving their completed dose) by October 31, 2021 or earlier.   This means players ages 12-17 will need to have their second dose completed by October 17, 2021.

EMHA will strictly adhere to OMHA, provincial and municipal guidelines.  If you are part of one of the above-mentioned groups, and you do not comply with showing proof of vaccination, you will NOT be granted entry to the facility or be able to participate.
